The amalgamation of two cultures American and Chilean, brought VaultBox.me to life in Miami Beach, Florida. Jacob Israel was born and raised in Miami Beach and Mauricio Jimenez (MJ) came to VaultBox.me from Santiago, Chile. Together the two members of VaultBox.me delved into the merely impossible task of having an accurate and adequate inventory of valuable items in your home.

The Story of VaultBox.me: A few years back, Jacob had the misfortune to have his home burglarized three times in two years. With every burglary came the hassle of the insurance claims, and every time it seemed almost impossible to have everything required to be reimbursed by the insurance companies. The insurance company asked for pictures, however pictures were in the digital camera and the digital camera was stolen; the insurance company asked for records and serial numbers, but the serial numbers were in the laptop and the laptop was also stolen. As you already know, the proof of burden is on the victim and without having the pictures and serial numbers ready for the insurance company; your hopes to recoup your investment in your most prized possessions are simply lost. These cumbersome situations brought together a team of highly motivated individuals who created VaultBox.me to allow you to have your very own vault, held safely in the cloud. So whenever disaster strikes, you can easily retrieve all the information you might need to get your life back on track.

	Jacob Israel is a freelance writer who runs a public relations services firm, serving several businesses in the south Florida area. Jacob is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Jacob is an animal lover and musician.
	MJ is a senior technology leader with over eighteen years in the field of information technology. MJ has a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from the University of Miami in Florida and is currently pursuing a Masters in Science in Computer Information Systems with a specialization in IT Project Management from Boston University in Massachusetts. MJ is married and a father of 3 children. MJ has been running an IT consulting firm focused on the health care space for the past 4 years.
